A 30% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is due by bank transfer 15 days before arrival.

Payment is currently made by bank transfer, in THB or EUR. Card payment is in the works.

Cancel more than 30 days before arrival: full refund. Less than 30 days before arrival: no refund. In case of force majeure, each situation is reviewed individually.

A 10,000 THB security deposit is requested, either by transfer along with the balance or in cash on arrival — whichever you prefer. It’s returned on departure day, immediately if no damage is found.

Direct rates are always the best available, with no platform commission. You’ll also be in direct contact with us before and during your stay.

The infinity pool doesn’t have a safety fence. Children should be supervised by an adult at all times.

Yes. The Full Moon Party takes place in Haad Rin, on the other side of the island — out of sight and earshot from the villa. It’s about 25–30 minutes away by scooter or taxi if you’d like to go for the evening.

Up to 4 guests. The villa is designed for a quiet stay among close friends or family — events and parties aren’t permitted.

We meet you directly at Thong Sala pier. Depending on your preference, we’ll take care of your luggage while we ride together to the villa on a rented scooter — the simplest way to settle in right off the boat.

Under Thai immigration law, a copy of each guest’s passport is requested before handing over the keys. We’re available throughout your stay to make this simple — your WhatsApp contact details are shared once your booking is confirmed.
